Almost all key services are accessible online for the citizens to access. The next implementation will be a challenge to guarantee that these services are delivered perfectly and efficiently in the future.

Citizen’s adoption strategies…
o
The Government-to-Consumer (G2C) Initiative provides one-stop, online access to information and services to citizens.
o
The portal presents citizens with a single “front door” to government, allowing them to receive accurate, timely, and consistent answers and information.
o Loan tools, job availability, senior citizen and disability registration could be
done online.
o
To enhance the relationship and quality of interaction between the Government of Malaysia and its citizens.

However, there are still some challenges for Government in the New Economy.
